KundaliHelp.in provides digital astrology readings and AI-generated content. Since our services are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, the following refund policy applies:

• Payment was deducted but service was not delivered
• Technical error caused duplicate payment
• Service was completely unavailable for more than 24 hours after payment

• You are dissatisfied with the content or predictions
• You changed your mind after the reading was delivered
• Service was used and reading was received
• Incorrect information was entered by the user

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
